I need to reset my Razr, but I can't remember my security code to do a master reset. Is there another way to reset? I've read in various places about flashing it with firmware, but I'm not sure how to do that. (I'm ok if files have to get deleted, I've backed them up on my computer already.)

try 000000 or last 4 numbers of your phone number

also try taking battery out while it's turned on.

depends on how much of a reset you need.

taking battery out won't delete your contacts

If it's not the default of 000000, take it to your provider. They should have a program to read that kind of info. Taking out the battery will not help.

flow to the settings menu- then to "initial setup" then there is an option there for a draw close reset and a draw close sparkling. i trust what you wanna do is draw close sparkling. when you flow in, they're going to ask you for a password. the password is 000000. six 0!!
