Well snails are just homeless slugs! The snail is much harder working, where the slug is a bit lazy however the slug has more benefits, as it's trail is the most powerful adhesive known to mankind!
So which I prefer I can't answer!
They are also both used to make little boys, (slugs, snails and puppydogs tails)

Same difference...
there is no difference between a slug or snail except for the shell- darn them... But snails seem better, less ozzy...
