Because Will is scared sh*tless of your Grandmother. When you weren't looking she was copping a feel of Will's naughty bits and trying to entice him into doing The Lambada.
Grandma really wants to do the "forbidden" dance one more time before she passes. Grandma was quite the frisky girl back in her day, and she wants to relieve a moment of her youth.
Slip Will a Valium in his glass of Tang and let Granny have her way with him. You'll be remembered very generously in the will.

It is a liability...the last grandma he granted a wish for, ended up in the National Enquirer saying she was having his baby. They still are waiting for the results of the DNA test.
