Portable air tank might be a better idea. Any rental place should have one for rent. maybe 10 bucks. prefilled with air.

Auto parts stores sell 12-volt emergency air pumps that plug into the cigarette lighter. You can inflate the tires with them. A cheaper alternative would be to take the car to a tire shop and have them check where the tire might be leaking from. You may have picked up a small screw or nail or you might have a leaking valve stem.

Yes they're still around. Any good auto parts store should have one but you're in for a workout. You can also get 12 volt electric emergency tire pumps that run off the cigarette lighter.

Everybody sells them. They're cheap and plug into the cigarette lighter. They're also slow. You can get a 5 gallon air tank for $20, fill it at the station and bring it back too.

yes, they exist. Emergency kit, looks like a small suitcase,it has a compressor, (for tires) and jumper cables and the power to jump start your car. Pretty cool, about $29.00-$49.00 average.
