To those of you who think this is some sort of racist rhetorical question, you are wrong. I am merely doing sociological research for a paper I plan to write. I already know the census figures inside and out, but I would like to hear what most Londoners think.

Basically, I'm interested in finding a London neighbourhood or comuter town that is populated primarily by white, unemployed native Britons, where income levels are low, as is the average level of educational attainment.

Thank-you.

I would have said Walthamstow but then it's not mostly white. More like melting pot of everyone and white the minority.
interesting Q really... I would say Bermondsey where Jade Goody comes from. I lived there for a while aged 9 I think and it aint changed much from then! Poor, low income, low education and lots of estates. A lot of families but also a lot of poorer older people, mostly white.
Also Elephant and castle but not so much as that tends to be a bit more multi cultural. Thats the area that pops to mind anyway. Good luck!

There are meny areas interior the united kingdom that are undesirable white and british, london is a diverse place from something of the united kingdom and is a very selective place for this question as London is like no different place. I grew up on a council belongings on the Isle of wight that replaced into undesirable and predominatley Causasian white. It would not make a distinction climate its white or black all that maters is that theres to plenty Inequality in this international including Britain. many persons are blind to the numerous diverse issues that influence British communities and the poverty that exsists yet is going unseen.
