The only slavery in this country, is what our government holds over us, we can break free if we join together, and fight for our country back.Get rid of the political correctness, and reclaim some form of moral fiber, and charge Bush,, Cheney, Rove, and his whole cabinet with war crimes, and treason.

Slavery is not legal in this country. Migrant workers are being used illegally when they are brought over by a coyote and "sold" to an orange grove (for example). Prostitution is illegal. Funeral homes are for dead people and morticians.

Slavery is mentioned in a law making it illegal in this country.... as well as many others... that doesn't stop human trafficking in other countries, and all across Europe, etc. just as it doesn't stop it here.

Don't think this country is alone in participation in the horror that is human trafficking?? Thats naive. Human trafficking is a nasty problem that needs to be battled worldwide!!!

Without the willing participation of parties from many different countries human trafficking wouldn't be nearly as profitable as it is today.

Definitely not! Slavery was a very bad trade, and still is in some places. People who work on farms are nothing like slaves, they get paid, they are not beaten and usually enjoy the work. The same goes for funeral workers.

No, I do not. First of all, The man who wrote the hymn, Amazing Grace, was a slave trader. It ate away at him to the point that he became a born again christian. He went to his grave suffering over the fact that he had done an injustice.

Really? You believe it would be in words "free", to allow people to beat, own, rape, whatever they like to other people legally? I am afraid you haven't heard the memo of "freedom in the United States" and "The Civil War". Wow, you are unethical.

What do funeral homes have to do with slavery?

You are clearly clueless. Do some research.

No. You are sadly misinformed as to the conditions and circumstances of slavery.

no! how would you like it if we said Caucasians should become slaves. also, you don't know what your talking about. not all drug dealers and pimps are black. some are Asian, Hispanic, and white. every person does bad things no matter what ethnicity they are.
