Its always champagne and strawberries, or if you want savoury, champagne and caviar, oh and of course roses! candles, a scented room and soft classicle music.

Mixed with slightly warmed good quality Brandy it become a cocktail called an Alexander. What to eat with Champagne, well anything sweet, but also anything that has a particularly strong flavour because it will cut through to cleanse the palate.

I don't drink champagne. But if I did I would have chocolate covered strawberries with the champagne.
