Im trying to breed mollies, but if I end up with to many of them i was wondering how much money a pet store would pay for them.

Most stores will not buy them from you however they will exchange them for other items or a store credit you can use to buy more fish equipment. Or other types of fish.

Mos shops will give you practically nothing for most livebearers but as Danielle pointed out may give you shop credit, which is just as good in my opinion.

One local shop in my area really like to get locally raised fish and will give 1/2 the price of a fish in store credit or 1/4 the price in cash. So if they sold mollies for $1 that 50 cents credit or 25 cents cash. Assuming they are large enough to resale easily of course.

probably next to nothing. they are easy to breed hence are cheap. the most expensive ones are the sailfins which are about five bucks. run of the mill ones are maybe a buck. dependidng on the size, u might get five cents.
