1. Oakland- JaMarcus Russell, as much as they are enamored with Calvin Johnson they still need a QB. Russell fits the mold that Al Davis likes, Big strong armed quarterbacks who can get the ball down field and stretch the defense.
2. Lions- I believe the they will trade this pick possibly to Tampa Bay and the Bucs will take Calvin Johnson. The trade happens so nobody else can trade ahead of the Bucs and take him...like the Falcons.
3. Browns- Adrian Peterson- The Browns do need a QB but I don't think there is any way they pass on AP. Team him up with Jamal Lewis and you all of a sudden have one of the best running back tandems in the league. They still need help on the O-Line though.
4. Lions- Now the Lions are on the clock and I believe they will take Gaines Adams the talented Defensive End out of Clemson. This gives them some tremendous help on the D-LIne.
5. Cardinals- Joe Thomas, This team needs a lot of help on the line and losing Leonard Davis at tackle to the Cowboys hurts. This will give them a starting tackle who has more upside than Davis anyway. This will also help Edgerin James in the running game and put up the kind of numbers everyone expects him to.

1)Oakland: JaMarcus Russell,LSU QB- Oakland needs a QB and fast. If the raiders don't draft Russel they can kiss their season goodbye. Russel has everything Oakland needs a good arm, accuracy, and he's young. He's the Raiders missing piece in the puzzle for a great football team.
2)Detroit: Joe Thomas,Wisconsin OT- The Lions have a running back, they have recievers, they have an ok QB,they have not a terrible deffense, they just don't have a strong offensive line. Thomas will fix that crumbling line. Kitna isn't that bad of a Quarterback. He just needs some time to get the ball away and Thomas will give him some protection to do that.
3)Cleveland: Braddy Quinn, Notre Dame QB- After that trade with the Giants for Tim Carter they now got some decent recievers, so now all that need is a QB. That's why they'll draft Quinn instead of Calvin Johnson. Quinn will take this team and turn them into winners, just like he did with Notre Dame. Quinn has a good arm and he startded 4 years at Notre Dame. Quinn will become the team leader with the Browns.
4)Tampa Bay: Calvin Johnson, Georgia Tech WR-After getting Jeff Garcia, the Bucs now have 3 great QBs, Jeff Garcia, Chriss Sims, and Jake Plummer. Now all they need is some good recievers for those QBs to throw too and Johnson is the perfect reciever for the job. Rumor says that the Raiders might draft Calvin johnson, but they already got Randy Moss, so Calvin is going o the Bucs.
5)Arizona: Gaines Adams, Clemson DE- The Cardinals have a good, but their defense is crumbling. But Gaines is going to fix that he is the top DE draft choice this year so there is no question Arizona will pick him. Adams is also a very good pass rusher, so he'll do great on blitzes. Adams will sack any QB before you can say 'blitz."
Those are my top 5 draft picks.

1. Oakland: JaMarcus Russell, QB, LSU -- The big question is do the Raiders have the pallet to pay a quarterback at the first pick? There is a lot of Randy Moss trade talk, but regardless of whether he stays or goes, Russell is the man for the job as he solidified his potential with a great Pro Day performance.
2. Detroit: Joe Thomas, T, Wisconsin -- The Lions like Brady Quinn but not enough to select him at No. 2. The Lions are trying to trade down but the price may be too high.Thomas is an athletic franchise tackle that is not the traditional road-grader type the Badgers are known for and he still makes sense. He has a nasty temperament but may be better served as a right tackle due to the length of his arms.
The Browns have a lot of needs, but Brady Quinn may be the choice.
3. Cleveland: Brady Quinn, QB, Notre Dame -- There is a philosophical disagreement between the coaching staff and management. Ownership wants a player who can yield big dividends in the future, while the coaches recognize they are on a shorter leash and want to bring in a player that can help them win now. The signing of running back Jamal Lewis seems to indicate management will win this conversation.
4. Tampa Bay: Calvin Johnson, WR, Georgia Tech -- Defensive ends Simeon Rice and Greg Spires are getting older and Gaines Adams should be the guy, but Calvin Johnson is too tempting to pass up for Jon Gruden, who has and effective but aging Joey Galloway and an inconsistent Mark Clayton as his receiver. My source tells me "it will cost a lot to get the rights to this kid" if someone wanted to trade for the draft rights to Johnson.
5. Arizona: Gaines Adams, DE, Clemson -- The Cards are moving on without mammoth tackle Leonard Davis, so they could draft Joe Thomas if he is available or trade down to position for Penn State tackle Levi Brown. It is vital for the Cards to grab Thomas or Brown to replace Davis and trading up to Cleveland's spot at No. 3 could be an option to get Thomas. Should Arizona hold pat, Adams is perfect

oakland(#1)- calvin johnson. ik every1 would put jamarcus russell, but the reason for this pick is because al davis doesnt want to beleive in first round quarterbacks so he might get trent edwards maybe in the second round. and randy moss has had it with the raiders and jerry porter wants a trade also.
detriot(#2)- i have the biggest feeling that they will trade this pick. so i cant really say they would get anybody here i think some1 else will pick here. but if the lions dont trade there pick, i think joe thomas will go here. the lions need to improve there o-line because they have a really good underated running back in kevin jones. and jon kitna had a pretty good season last year and he could have an even better one with a good o-line.
cleveland(#3)- there is no doubt in my mind that brady quinn will go here. brady quinn actually went up to romeo crennel and told him that he will improve this team. that shows how confident brady quinn will be with the browns. and one of the biggest things you need in any sport is confidence. and to top that off charlie frye is deffinatly NOT the answer.
tampa bay(#4)- uh oh calvin johnson isnt here what should they do? the answer to that is GAINES ADAMS. no not ted ginn, gaines adams. the bucs need a wide reciever more then any1 in this draft. but ted ginn is not a top 10 pick. he is more like a 15-20 pick. most ppl say he lacks in size, but look at steve smith, he is 5'9 and possibly the best wide reciever in the nfl today. but still, ted ginn isnt the answer. my pick here is gaines adams because simeon rice is old news now. and if they cant build a good offense this offseason, y not continue with the amazing deffense they have already. and plus simeon rice can help coach gaines into a real productive pass rusher.
arizona(#5)- arizona, no matter who they have (whether it be peyton manning or matt lienart) they will have a terrible season. i mean they fill the wide reciever position with 2 amazing young athletes(larry fitzgerald and anquan boldin). the fill the quarterback position with a heisman trophy winner(lienart). they fill the running back position with edgerin james. they have a pretty decent deffense. but this is the season to tell if it was really dennis greens fault. i have a good feeling about this new coach, ken whisenhunt. but the best need for this deffense is possibly a saftey like laron landry, or a outside linebacker/deffensive end like jamaal anderson who they could mold into a outside linebacker.
