Let him know that you are not interested and if he persists call the police. I could never figure out why men keep asking out women that are not interested? It sounds like he knows that you don't like him and he is arrogant. Just so you know I answer a lot of women in here and that is where it ends. It helps me escape the boredom of living in a remote location.

try this:
1. ignore him
2. if he keeps persisting, call police and file harrassment charges on him. be sure to document in a notebook dates, times, etc. this can be used as evidence and would be allowed as such in court
3. restraining order
with as much rapes, murders, beatings, etc. out there today, please do not take unnecessary chances with your life and safety.

Do you have any brothers? I notice sometimes if I have my brothers make themselves known, walk with me to my door and let it get noticed that they are looking out for me, stuff like that ends real quick.
