Ancient Historian Suetonius reports his last words, spoken in Greek, as "καί σύ τέκνον". This translates as "kai su, teknon?" or "you too, child?" in English. This is backed up by the long bandied about rumor that Brutus, (the main stabber if you will), was actually Caesar’s son. For Caesar had been having a long-running after with Brutus's mother Servilla.

Interestingly enough, all sources apparently agree that Caesar’s last act before dying was to pull his toga over his head so that his assassins could not see him die.

Tradition or legend says it was "Et,tu, Brute?" but if I was being stabbed as many times as Caesar was , I would probably be in too much pain to even get a word out and not enough air to enunciate it. Any way any sounds would be probably unintelligible shrieks of agony.

We don't know. Shakespeare said it was "Et tu, Brute?", which means "And you, Brutus?" But this was probably a little artistic license.

I mean, what would you be saying if people all around you were stabbing you? I think probably just screaming in agony would be it.

Now, I haven't read the play in quite a long time, but as I recall, the Bard had his final line as "Then fall, Caesar!"

I am surprised, however, that nobody answered "Pizza pizza"
