You can just tell them how you feel you see them as they are from your heart. From there, it is up to them. They may have more to it that you don't see. There are always two sides to every story and both have to be honest with each other and be able to communicate with each other. Both have to want to put 100% of effort into the relationship in order for it to work. It is a commitment that both have to want to have.
Best wishes to all of you. Be there for them if they want to talk. Give them the positives you see that they may have forgotten. Ultimately, it is up to them. They may be better off as friends.

Remember... they are the ones who have to "be" together, not you. If they don't want to be together, then that is their choice. The best thing you can do is to be there for both of them and not pick sides. It's hard, especially if it's not a friendly break up, but put yourself in their shoes... how did you feel when you broke up with an ex? It hurt and made you mad. Just listen to each of them when they want to talk and don't think of it as the other friend "bad mouthing" the other, but each friend venting after a break up with their "ex."
Good luck with this.

Other than putting it out there: "I enjoy your company and admire you as a couple." there is not much to gain harping on what you have nothing to do with. Relationships are intimate, meaning those two. And the relationship dynamics are beyond the scope of others, however the relationship grounded with God at the helm in fellowhip with scripture and prayer would be the best route to follow.

Well, to be honest, it's not your place. If your friends are breaking up for whatever reason, it's their bussiness. They might be telling you one thing, but there might be another reason for their breakup that they would like to keep private. You never know.
