The Lakers aren't going to be in the playoffs. They're going to end up in the 9 spot with the Clippers and the Warriors ahead of them. Lakers need to win they're last two against the Sonics and the Kings. They can't beat the Kings at ARCO and the Sonics is anybody's guess. Thing is, Lakers aren't playing with any passion right now. Losing 9 out of 11 is indicitive of that. If by some miracle they make it in, they're looking at a sweep by the Mavs.

Last year, no one thought Lakers wouldnt get far and hey they almost eliminated the best team the Suns! and now they might have to play the Suns again for the first round this year again but i would say they will last about 5 or 6 games!

Here's how you can figure out. Basically, take the speed of light, multiply it Steve Nash's assists per game avg, and subtract the number of championships Kobe has won without Shaq. Then, take that number, divide it by Ronnie Turiaff's free throw %, and divide that by Kobe's assist to turnover ratio. Convert the answer to seconds per carat, and divide that by the weight of the ring Kobe got his wife after he got caught cheating.
The answer should be rounded to 1 decimal place, and the units should be listed in minutes.
The answer is approxomately 192.0 mins. which makes sense, because that would be exactly 4 games, which is exactly how long it will take the Suns to sweep LA in their first round series.
