My plan is Verizon. I gave my No. out last night to a friend I know off here. I won't mind paying for the call... cos it was definitely worth it but my parents will flip if they find out.

maybe you need to call verizon to find out how that would work with your plan...
i know we have family in europe (we are in the u.s.) and with the plan we have if they call us they foot the bill...it just takes away from our minutes. But doesn't cost us any extra.

Are you one of those wierd americans that pays for calls they receive?!! lol. received calls are free in aus, can get them on a blocked plan or no credit.

He/she will because you can call anyone in the world with Verizon for your regular bill amount.

He gets the long distance charges, but you may have to take the hit on your minutes. It depends on your plan.

your cell phone is international as far as the British telephone system is concerned and will charge the international rate to your friend.

unless he calls collect, he will get charged. You will only be charged your minutes, not long distance as its an incoming call.
