why can't they keep their nasty habit in their own car?

$100 for throwing papers
$ 1000 for spitting out of the window
$ 10000 for throwing empty cpke can
$ 100000 for throwing ciggy butts
$ 1000000 for not throwing anything out of their window - utherwise how I would get money !!

I'm an ex smoker and I shamefully admit I sometimes did this. The reason is that cigarette butts make the car smell like an ashtray. I justified it by saying that a butt is made of paper and cotton, so will biodegrade in time (I know, that's not a good excuse). I live in Ireland where it rains all the time so no fire risks.

Stop asking variations of the same silly question. The fine for that should be the same as a fine for any littering, duh! And, I think talking on cell phones should be banned while you are driving and the fine should be 1,000 bucks the first time and add a thousand every time after that. Get rid of the cell phones and make the roads safer!

I like them. They're really pretty when they throw up that shower of sparks on the pavement at night.

you're right, it's not like it's bio-degradable.....i say something like a parking ticket...maybe $100?
