I also had a very mild first trimester. Felt nauseated a few times and threw up maybe 3-4 times but pretty much easy. Then when I hit my 2nd and 3rd trimesters I would occasionally out of the complete blue throw up maybe once or twice. I don't know if it's "normal" all I can tell you is the same thing happened to me....

Could have been your stomach disagreed with the food your eating, your prenatal vitamin can also make you sick if you don't take it regularly and at the right time, and just some plain ol morning sickness.... I don't think there is any cause for alarm, you are probably going to have this happen a few more times while be pregnant. Just go with the flow. goodluck

It could also be just plain tummy upset. Maybe you have a virus or maybe not all the bacteria were killed when you cooked breakfast. If it's still gone, I'd chalk it up to something along those lines. If it lingers or gets worse, I'd give the on-call doctor a heads up, just in case.

IT HAPPENS!!
Could be grease taht you cooked the eggs and bacon in.
Bad food?

It's out of your system now. So, thats good.
I would avoid it for a few more days, and bring it up to Doc on Monday.

its yourvitamin, try taking your vitamin at night. No dairy products about an hour before you take it. including eggs. if this doesn't work then talk to your doctor about a different vitamin.
