I find it helps when you stnad on your head for ten minutes. then drink a glass of orange juice that has a cherry in it. Then run around nude through your neighbors house.

Anything can become an addiction. I dont think u need rehab for everything, just start a habit of undoing the things you are addicted to. They usually say give urself 21 days and the habit will leave. Good luck:)

Impossible, unless you move out East where there are rehabilitation centers for people addicted to video games. These are true addicts, as are we. I've heard the program has only helped a few but the majority are still stuck on their computers. I'm sorry to tell you this, but the outlook is extremely unpromising.

If you're level 1-4, like I'll be for just a few minutes longer, it's called daily limits. Once you've reached level 5, however, I'm afraid the only thing you can do is keep your mind busy with something else... TV, work/homework, family...

Get addicted to something else on the internet, I got addicted to Myspace for a few weeks and that's why I haven't been on here so much.
