Just leave the fish be. After the babies are born they will probably be eaten by other fish in the tank.

What kind of fish is this? Fish are not born they are HATCHED!!
What you can do is talk to a fish store about giving them the babies so that they wont be a money problem to you. You can give them (the babies) to a friend that would take your baby fish as feeders. I would seperate the males and females in your tank. That is a big thing there since you cant abort fish and there is no birthcontrol for fish you need to seperate them.
Oh yeah and you really need to get more information about keeping fish it will help you out more then you will ever know.

Well then Action, whoever discovered live-bearing fish such as Guppies, Mollies and Swordtails, must have hit the f-ing JACKPOT.
Yes, fish lay eggs and yes, fish give 'birth'.
But anyways, the answer to your question: Just leave the fry in the tank. The mother/father will more than happily take care of the babies. If by chance they dont eat the fry just refrain from feeding the parents until the fry are all gone.
Actually, that will make a very, very healthy meal for your fish.
Good luck. :)

Mikey,
Sorry, but you can't abort a fish. You shouldn't abort ANYONE, anyway. Just let the fish be. Also, how do you know the fish is pregnant? Fish lay eggs, don't they? So just get rid of the eggs in absolutely necessary.
Hope this helps.

I thought fish laid eggs.
You'll cash in big if you present this anomaly to science.
Besides, you don't want the fish abortion activists parading outside your house.
EDIT: Yes, some fish get pregnant, but I didn't get the impression this was serious.

Your fish is molly? because molly get pregnant but other fish lay eggs.
Let it be pregnant and if the fry is born feed it to other fish, if you really dont want the fry.

if you have other fish in the tank then just let the fish have its eggs, then it will be eaten so no problem there, your other fish will just get a tastey snack
