Thanks for reminding me einstein. I was in a good mood until u came along. well i guess i will satrt tomorrow, i said that yesterday and the day before and the day before and the day before. It is a continual thing. I once tipped the scales over 350. Never again, crunches, hydrants and floor exercises are my best allies.

I don't. I don't need to.
My doc says I'm "underweight" so exercising isn't the best thing for me to do, considering I eat once a day.
