You don't want to wear something that cuts off circulation or is otherwise binding.
It may make you just look fat though.

If it's restricting your breathing or circulation - yes.
But you can get lots of comfortable stretchy materials that don't do that. I honestly prefer something that comfortably shows my pregnant shape because it's beautiful, and I see no reason to be all frumpy to hide it.

Buy a belly band. They are advertised on all the baby sites. It allows you to wear your jeans but not snap them...basically holds them up.

i think it might just be uncomfortable for you. the baby gets its food and oxygen supply from you, not external air. so loosen up the clothing and make yourself more comfy. youstill have a few months to go.
