I don't. I believe that we need to ingest a lot of stuff to keep s hardy.

Did you know that the average bathroom, I think they even said the toilet seat, has less germs than the keyboard and mouse on your desktop computer... can't remember where I heard that from, probably from work... I work in a hospital... I wash my hands everytime I go to the bathroom and before I eat and cook if I've petted my cats or dogs or something.

Everytime I go to the bathroom and before I cook and when I come in from working in the yard and whenever I feel like I need to wash my hands.

I'm in food service, so about 15 times a day. The skin on my hands is all cracked and stuff, but I'm clean!

To be sanitary I wash my hands after I go to the washroom, before and after I eat, when I wake up, after my hands are dirty, before I go to sleep, and when I am brushing my teeth.
