Those formula/chemical that is sold at pet store that can make the cloudy water in the aquarium turn clear, will they be dangerous to fish?

Indirectly yes. The actual solution isn't harmful to fish, but what it does to clear the water can be. For example, if you have green cloudy water and the treatment kills all of the green water (free floating algae) the algae will decay and cause a significant ammonia spike in the tank. Assuming the fish are unharmed it will then convert into nitrates and feed another algae bloom. Similar situations exist for milky cloudiness which is a bacteria bloom. Far better to remove the cause of the cloudiness and deal with it that way.

Not really but if you put too much it may but if it were dangerous, they wouldn't sell it to you in the first place. LOL :0) Hope this helps.
