Actually we have 10 Electoral votes...Only 17 other states have electoral votes in the double digits. So I assume he does not consider us all that small. Regardless, I am so hoping after the Ventura fiasco, Minnesotans will be smart enough not to vote for another bad comedian.

Let me leave you with this reminder about Al Franken: He is an entertainer! You may find him entertaining. I know I did for a while, until he started talking about the "Al Franken Decade" on "Saturday Night Live". But be careful about taking this man seriously! He is a comedy writer!
Oh, by the way, if you're thinking I'm going off on a conservative tirade, bear this in mind: Rush Limbaugh, who is worshiped by many conservatives, is little more than an entertainer.

They are not electing him......it's called a pipe dream.....I believe the population is around 3+ million.....so they are not one of the smallest states either. Al Franken is and idiot and Jesse Ventura already showed them how much damage a wrestler can do......so I doubt they will want a bad comedian.

Uh, maybe because he is from Mn. I agree with Al that the electoral college is long outlived it's purpose and usefulness as have many archaic customs and laws. Al was a boring radio host but has a great depth of knowledge about Government and world affairs unlike the squatter in the White house. Al has some common sense ideas that would make our lives better.

Minnesota is 21st out of 50 states. In what way does that make them one of the small states? Wyoming is 50th. More people live in Minneapolis than the entire state of Wyoming.

Well, it gives him one leg up on the Carpetbagger, who probably didn't know where New York was until she decided to run for Senate from there.

Al Frankenstien is jerking people around. He is not credible.
He will change the rules that only apply to helping him. Typical libtard.

He is running there, because it is his home state. It's true he lived many years in New York because he worked there, but he grew up in Minnesota.
I'm also pretty sure he did not say the things you say he said.
