whats the best eyeliner you can buy in a drugstore?
I prefer one that wont smudge too much (pencil eyeliner)

I worked for Clinique for years and the only drugstore liner that I would use is Max Factor, It stays on the longest for drugstore and it is a gel like formulation the dries and stays put.

cover girl- they have packs out right now that you get a free one with the one you bought. so you can buy the pack and try it out, and if you don't like it, give it to a friend or return it...

hey i have asked the same question. i wear wet and wild. and i think i look pretty good.lol. well if you dont like that one you should try maybelelline or however it is spelled.

Covergirl perfect point plus....i swear by it!! lol. it's about $5.
