Hey meat-eating jerks. We are on the top of the food chain for a reason. Now we can pick what we shall eat. If you eat poor animals you should burn in hell as they are defenseless and who are you to play God and eat them? BURN.

Plants are alive too. And if you think YOU are the top of the food chain, I have news for you. You are not. Go stand knee deep in a crocodile pond. Or go sleep in the jungle near tigers. For that matter, get an infection where flesh-eating bacteria gets in. The 'top' of the food chain is whatever eats everything else. If you only eat plants, then you are only above plants.

Meat eaters evolved for a reason. Animal protein gives more energy for less effort. Grazers graze because they need to ingest that much more food to get the same result.

Oh, by the way. I don't believe in Hell, let alone that there is a place of fire and brimstone that will have me burning for all eternity.

Calling people jerks and telling them to burn is not very attractive. But is it your desire to win people over to your point of view or simply to alienate them more so as to feel closer to the rest of the vegans? I was recently on the site BrooklynVegan and saw some of the nastiest ranting on there. Not very evolved. I think processed food is more lethal than meat and vegans I've known eat plenty of it. I was a vegan for a while and I grew out of it.

that depends on whether or not you believe in hell. and whether or not you believe dairy is a sin. and whether you believe in genocide, because your thinking is basically that same kind of ignorance.

many people around the world, and the poor in the united states don't have the luxury of being able to buy the right kinds of food to support a vegan lifestyle. mcdonalds is cheap and fills the belly for many folks. trader joe's or whole foods' 4 dollar 16 oz. of seasoned tofu is not realistic - especially when whole foods and trader joe's won't open store in teh inner city, but there's a mcD's and a jack in the crack on every corner. in the developing world, your only source of protein may be fish, or your whole life's sustainence revolves around your goat. you need to look at the whole picture, not just your own life.

"non-vegans"?

"If you eat poor animals"?

Hon, do you understand the definition of Vegans? Vegans not only don't eat meat, they don't eat any animal product- milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc., etc. You should revise your question to include the fact that everyone who eats dairy or egg products should go to Hell for destroying the milk's chance at life, or revise it to be "Vegetarians unite!" (it's Hell, not hell, by the way.)

And, hon, Jesus and Moses ate meat. (You talk about burning in Hell, which is a Christian/Judaesistic idea. If you're just a dumba55 who doesn't believe in Jesus or Moses, and is pretending to be another religion, please accept my apologies. N.B. dumba55 for pretending, not not believing.) Please don't tell me Jesus and Moses are burning in Hell.

Gotta laugh at it. "If you eat poor animals" "they are defenseless".. And what, plants put up a good fight? I don't recall hearing about anyone losing their life to an ear of corn, have you? Plant's live, breathe, respond to stimuli, reproduce, and die just like animals. What about clothes? Do you forgo clothes because innocent content plants have been stripped of their meat? You really need to lose your mis-informed adolescent mentality.

Man, why are meat-eaters such jerks? Can't they be more like the nice vegan who wants to condemn them all to hell?

What god do you worship? Lord of the Bull?

Why do so many "green"ies think their personal views outweigh everyone elses?

Grow up and keep your hands off my steak!
