I am on the middle of the bridge to win the science fair! I am either getting 1stbplace or last becus 1 judge put 1st the other put last! so i don't know what to do i am so nervous! what should i do to calm down>?

1. discipline. Or if thats too much. 2. Offer to pay him if he can stay quiet for 5 minutes. 3. play and active game with him (hide and go seek tag is good), then turn on the TV, or do some game that is more calm (like a board game or card game). 4. There is a system to bring kids down, you play an active game, then a calm game, then an active game, then two calm games, and etc.

Keep your hands close to your body (our golf trainer told use to do this on the first shot in a golf competition.. apparently it makes you feel more comfortable)..
Don't think about it too much. You being nervous or not will not affect the results!

Just realize someone has to come in 1st and someone has to come in last and you tried your best and everyone has a different outlook on what they think is the best in your heart you know you did the best so chill out and enjoy your day! Good Luck Either Way!

Tell your competitor that they have a phone call. LOL..But seriously, just take a few deep breaths, get a drink of water and maybe some fresh air

do something that relaxes you,like yoga. not something that stresses you or something that you might drop or do something wrong and you know, stuff like that, taking a bath/ shower would be okay but if you are nervous you'd usually drop the soap, spill shampoo, get everything wet. you know.oh and eat ice cream! and get a massage. read a book. quiet things.

I like to clear my head, close my eyes, breath in deep through my nose ... and then out through my mouth ... and then I try to look at the situation with new confidence ... you're gunna do great in the science fair!

Calm down. Breath slowly. In your mouth. Out yr nose. Count to 10. You shoudl feel better.
