=16y^4/12y^3

=4y/3

16y^4(y+8)/ 12y^3(y+8)
y+8 is cancelled out, the 16 becomes a 4 and the 12 becomes a 3 y^4 is y

Answer is 4y/3

y+8 cancels out:
16y^4/12y^3
4/3y^(4-3)=
4/3y

i think the answer is (2y+2y)/3y
because the (y+8) cancels out and then u have to factor the rest
