usually i try pac sun, journey's, hot topic, or the name brand sites... payless has some generic stuff, but i'd rather have the real thing :)

Don't know bout women's shoes but the #1 place to buy shoes on the net these days is zappos.com
They have free overnight shipping, customer feedback on each pair of shoes, and a 365 day return policy.
Cant beat that. The only negative..no Nikes!

aldo is a good place for nicer dress shoes

payless is good for some cheaper casual shoes
sometimes these shoes don't hold up so well though if u have them for a long time

kohl's had excellent spring shoes for women and juniors.
