No. For my junoir prom me and my best friend went to prom together and we had a ball. She ended up meeting her boy friend at the after prom party that one of our friends had. They are about to get married. If you can get a date get one but if you cant just go to prom, you will still have a good time.

NO! Who says you need a man to go to your prom? Prom is a once in a lifetime deal. If you want to go alone, there is nothing wrong with that. You could just go with a group of friends. If you would like the professional pictures taken at your prom and would like to take them with a guy, just ask one of your male friends to go with you. But you definately don't need a man to make your prom!

This is one time when a date matters. Take your kid brother or cousin if there's no one else to go with.
