My main concern is compensation for repairs that need to be made. The driver was borrowing the vehicle, and not the owner of the car. The driver was also not listed on the insurance information. Will the insured vehicle owner's policy still pay for my claim based on the fact that someone not on the policy as well as not having a license?

File a police report and contact your insurance company. Give them all of the information you have and they should pay for the repairs, and they will go after the owner of the vehicle's insurance company. The unlicensed driver will be charged with various moving violations and may be held accountable for the expense of repairing your vehicle.

that really depends on the policy that is written to that auto thru the original owner of the auto, worst case senario is you will have to sue the owner of the auto if insurance co. denies the claim which is probaly what will happen. Sorry you have to go thru this it can take some time to get a final resolution in your favor.GOOD LUCK.

You can get a judgment against them for all the good that will do. I suggest you lick your wounds and go on. They will just add you to a bankruptcy and be done with you.
