Okay, i bought my mollies today as i felt that it could be possible to breed these fish to breathe some new life into my fish tank. However, i also have a Gourami which is around one year old now.
I have noticed a few times this afternoon, the Mollies have been hiding from the Gourami and quickly darting away whenever it goes near them.
Is this normal behaviour or should i be worried?

Have you noticed if the Gourami going after the mollies at all? Since they are brand new they may just be sorting it all out for now. Not much to worry about. I would give it a few days to see what happens.

Only thing I worried about was that my pregnant Molly became rather agressive and ate my angelfish.

That's normal really. They are adjusting to the new tank and the fish they have encountered. Depending on the type of gourami you have it may not bother them at all or may chase a bit, but it will probably not do any real damage. Give them a day or two and see how they act then.

Sometimes Gouramis can be quite aggresive. I had a tank with a molly, several types of tetras and a betta. When I brought home a gold gourami, he MURDERED THEM ALL!!! Eventually he got really old and didn't kill other fish anymore.

Gouramis are rather territorial at times. He has likely been bully them a bit. Keep an eye on him, but it should work itself out .
