that last answer was a bad one. exercise may not have an effect on the medication, but the medication ahs a BIG effect on you. Amphetamines increase your heart rate and your blood pressure. yes, working out is good for you, and yolu should probably commit yourself to an exercise plan, just take your meds AFTER you work out, not before. better yet - ask your doctor

i have ADHD and i dont take none of that @#$% its not good 4 u who cares if ur jus a lil bit more hyper.

absolutely. exercise is actually good for the add symptoms. it has no effect on the medication.

not to strenuously and don't exercise much if you have any high blood pressure.and make sure you have something in your stomach.and drink fluids.
