How do i make sure that my Eevee evolves in to a Jolten (spelling?)? How do i keep my eevee from becoming an espeon or a non lightning type. I really want my Eevee to become a jolten, but how?

You can evolve eevee into a Jolteon with a Thunderstone, which is found; Underground. Nagisa City, southeast side of town,near the rock shaped like a Munchlax.

to avoid the eevee from becoming an espeon, quickly use a thunderstone. Try not to use it in a lot of battles.

a thunderstone is all that it takes, to evolve any eevee into jolteon, no matter what pokemon game it is, its always a thunderstone

Thunderstone. but why u want jolteon? get a leafeon or glaceon
