Source: One sees it all the time on T.V and read about it in the newspapers. Anyone ever believe the person killed deserves it?

Well yeah. Of course any time anyone has ever been shot and killed any where in the world....yeah I'd say someone in their probably deserved it. It's kind of a case by case thing though ya' know.

Sure they do. However that is a privilege that the government reserves for itself. The Gov decides who should be shot and killed and who will do the shooting and killing.
