I don't believe I've ever seen one for sale. It shouldn't be too hard to either applique the finished Aida in the center of a regular table runner or to piece together a runner using the Aida as the center insert.

You can buy stamped cross stitch kits for tablerunners on almost every site that sells cross stitch supplies. However, I usually find the quality of those table runners to be somewhat flimsy and thin.
Zweigart makes a table runner in 28 count called Silvretta. http://www.zweigart.com/content/sections/catalog/families/index.php?family_id=138 You may have to ask your local needlework shop if they can order it for you if you can't order directly from Zweigart.
There's also a 10 count one called Arkadia. http://www.zweigart.com/content/sections/catalog/families/index.php?family_id=154
have you considered using waste canvas to do your designs? Then you could use any table runner you wanted to, and you could get a nicer quality fabric.

Try this site as well:

If you scroll down, there's a Christmas Table Runner that you can download a pattern for. The pattern gives you the fabric you need and complete instructions on how to make the table runner. You can easily substitute out your own designs.

try ebay or hobbycraft, if not you may have to make you own, just buy a standard runner and cut the centre out and sow aida in, da daa

Why not just make one? It's all straight seams.
