I am Hispanic (Spanish), and I would try not to make a problem of it. She just needs to go informal, because among 15-year-old friends these topics shouldn't be a worrying matter.

Of course this is for a normal party. I don't know that girl/boy and their family. If it's high-standing posh people, protocol will be as stupid as used.

She should try not to out-dress the guest of honor. Whatever she would wear to a teen dance club will be appropriate. Usually that's a short ruffly skirt and a tank top, or a one-piece tank dress, or something else cool for dancing.

Have her dress to party!! Those things can be SOO much fun! If theres a DJ make sure she wears something comfortable and cute so she can dance the night away!! :) Try to steer her away from showing too much .. Hope you guys have fun!

properly a minimum of right here in Venezuela, "quinceañera" refers solely to the girl who's turning 15, no longer the party. So, the girl could be "l. a. quinceañera" and the party's often stated as "los quince años" or "l. a. fiesta de quince años" (which wisely interprets as "the fifteenth 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old party"). So, if Maria is popping 15 she could be "l. a. quinceañera" and he or she could deliver invites to her party that stated "te invito a mis quince años" (I invite you to my fifteenth birthday). i will assure you it truly is the way it truly is in Venezuela, on account it truly is the place I stay and spanish is my first language.
