Has at least 2GB or RAM
At least 17in display
under 2in in height and weighs little.

17 inch diagonal screen is "very small"? You must have a strange sense of size. :)

Most tablet PCs have 12 inch screens (sometimes, smaller!)

A 17" display is the biggest display you can get, and you call that small? Try looking at a 7.2" screen. 2GB of ram is A LOT of ram. It is a pretty big Tablet PC.
