*power=I^2*R,where,
I=current,
R=resistance.

*power in watt
=power factor of motor*E*I ,
Where,
E=VOLTS
I=AMPERE

You can compute the wattage of the fan motor by measuring the actual current consumption and using the applied voltage as required by the fan motor.

If the fan motor is DC motor,

power (watts) = I (amperes) x E (volts).

You can also just make an estimate of the fan motor based on its size by looking at the catalogues.

Look in a catalog for a similar size fan/motor and substitute that wattage.
