Great question- a star for you. Got me to thinking and I really think I probably stick my foot in my mouth a lot more then not say what I am thinking.

I am sure I am like most people and have been on both ends of it. I have regreted saying a lot of things but also have regreted not saying enough..

First of all, I have learned not to have regrets. Life is too short to have regrets. What I have learned is to position myself in such a way that I temper what I am going to say so that I don't have to have regrets. Our tongues are the most murderous weapons we own. If we would learn to tame them, caution ourselves before we say something - think about the outcome first - then we don't have to worry about regretting what we said or what we didn't say. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I let my yes, be yes, and my no, be no. Word of God

I have a big mouth when it comes to my personal life and often reveal what should be kept very very secret. also, when I mull over the day's events, I almost always think of something I wish I would've said. usually, something vile and disgusting.
