Has someone ever just come up to you, looked at you sincerely, maybe even smiled or put their hands on your shoulder and said…”its okay”…like at a time when you least expected it…and like they somehow saw the sadness you were feeling, even though you thought you were hiding it really well?

Wow,you just made the hairs on my arms stand up, with that question....Good one!! Yes I have had that happen, and it is wonderful when that occurs....a connection. Even though you thought you were keeping it hidden, someone saw the real you, and your true emotions.
