I would like to know what are good reasons I should consider printing in color.

I wonder if color printing is expensive.

What brands are good consideration.

Thanks...

Good brands r - HP, LEXMARK and CANON.

the best is LEXMARK..........in this printer, u can change the head with the each change of catiz(color band)...that mean, afetr finishing each color band u r able to renew ur whole priner(as, the main part of printer is the head). Color cartiz in cheeper for this printer. It's really good.

HP is good, but expensive to buy and maintain...i mean, ink is expensive. but, if u buy HP, u will get a brand item. u cant change head here.....its fixed head.

Canon..........is ok.....(i suffered a lot with my canon...so, sick n tired of canon)........but, expensive ink and it troubles a lot. Head is fixed.

so, if u have huge money u can go for HP or CANON; but, if u want to invest ur money in reasonable some thing, buy lexmark.

WHY WE NEED TO USE COLOR PRINTER?

1 - to make things look more pretty.
2 - to diffrensiates images.
3 - to,keep up with the real world.

thnx. I hope my info will help u.

I use a B&W Dot Matrix printer. Over 10 years old and never replaced the ribbon, though I have some extras.
The only thing I see for color, would be printing pictures, which I just save mine to computer and CD and Slideshow them. For as seldom as I print a picture, I just do that a Wal-Wort or Walgreens.
If, you were a business you may want to print presentations, business cards or brochures in color. But, I can get 500 business cards professionally done for free on the Internet.
If, you in College you may want color for papers you do; research and essays. But, I got A's using B&W.
Well, for me, I see no reason for the extra expense, but, some people have reasons to use color.
