In my observation of my past co workers and friends, I have found that business relationships mixed with pleasure is a great recipe for catastrophe! One year during a company Christmas party, a good friend and co-worker took an executive to her room later that evening. Both were quite inebriated and we all knew it and saw him follow her up the elevator. Of course, the next morning the entire company talked about the scene. Eventually, the big bosses in New York heard about it - and both lost their jobs. Case closed. Business and pleasure do not mix.
