we have a guy on our street that is not right if he sees you he will stop and stare he is creepy husband has had to beat him up for being on our porrch at 3 in the morning after this the fellow understand to just keep walking

all the time, my neighbor is such a prankster. he also swerves toward me when we pass each other on our street, calls me just to say stupid things and shoved a cupcake in my face when i shot him with silly string. i got him back the day he got fire ants on him. it was so funny when he had to take his pants off and run into the house. just lucky for me, i was taking pictures that day......

That is called CRIMINAL Behavior (especially if they are doing it at your home) -- and I would call the POLICE (After, of course, my Camera took their PICTURE) and DEMAND they be ARRESTED for Stalking, Trespass, and everything else!
