A movie that was actually as good as the novel it was based on. Let me say, that is a rarity. Only other ones I can think of is Stand By Me and The Shawshank Redemption (both from the same novella).

one flew east , one flew west and one flew over the cuckoos nest.....I think Ken Kasey was talking of the patients in the book/film most notably murphy and the chief and how the chief got away and murphy didn`t
