michigan child support laws?

My husband is on medical leave from work, does he still have to pay child support during this time or is there a way not to get it to go in to reages? Also does anyone know about reages how to make to payment smaller.

Depends on how long his leave is. If it's short-term, the Friend of the Court system probably won't lower the payments. If it's long-term, he may have to petition the Court to revisit the amount of the payments, but they can also rule on expected income.
