We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have two Internet browsers: Internet Explorer or Firefox but when I start surfing the net, the above message is displayed and I have no option but to close and then start again but this process goes on.

How can I get rid of this problem?

that's a bug in both ie6 and ie7. when this happens do what i do. it's your only hope.

when that box appears DO NOT CLICK THE BUTTONS. simply drag the box down below the bottom of the screen and continue on doing what you were doing.

there is a fix but it only covers 1 or the thousands of things that cause the problem. so you might as well do it this way

Reinstalling Windows might help or reinstalling Explorer or Firefox. Male sure you have Firefox 2.0 as well.

Do you have Yahoo!toolbar? If so, that may be the problem.

I encountered the same problem. I called Microsoft and they told me to remove the Yahoo! toolbar. It solved the problem.
