I can say it can have that effect but it is not consciously done as therapy.

Yes sometimes it keep you from doing thing you would never normally do. You can express your self when you write and it can be very theraputic. It can realive stress and help you truely find out who you are. In order to do that you just write whatever comes to mind without thinking about it. It can help you grow and change as a person.

I write some things down but I also use my ability to cut hair as a licensed hairdresser to my advantage as well. I am currently unemployed at this time do to a car accident but I have a very big family and I cut there hair and they love it because they don't have to pay so much!
