Unfortunately, Items 4 and 5 on your list don't apply. The soldiers were killed in a declared war. Just because the reasons for going to war were trumped up and wrong, it's still war. Bush's statements cannot be counted as perjury because he was not under oath when he made those statements.
Don't get me wrong, I think George W. Bush is despicable, and I do feel he should be arrested and imprisoned, but it won't happen.

He should be honored everyday for being the only Leader in the free world to enforce a UN resolution against a man who killed millions in his time as a head of state. You cannot revise history to suport your world view. Every competent world leader believed Saddam had WMD. Every world government stood by and wrung their hands sweating. GW didn't NEED any intelligence to know that by ejecting the UN inspectors Saddam violated the cease fire agreement thus exposing himself to legal milirtary action Your misrepresentation of the facts don't change the facts.

What is wrong with you idiots? By the way, how many people (United States Americans) died on September 11th or don't you remember that? Do you even have a clue about what you are saying? The 3000 people that died that day on American soil by terrorists means nothing? Is that what you mean? Do you know how many American citizens die every day in this country because of people who mess up on prescription drugs? Know your facts and what you are talking about before you ask such stupid, idiotic questions!!!

First of all, before I could answer this question, I would have to believe that you were correct in what you are saying (which I don't), but it's your opinion that your entitled to.

What Bush has done was approved was approved by the democrats who "back pedaled" when they saw they could make political points by opposing what Bush did.
I think many democrats should be tried for treason for doing what seems best for them politically rather that what's best for the U. S.
