I arranged a treasure hunt for him. There were 8 clues - each clue began with a number. eg, 1 - Once upon a time, there was you and me. 2 - Two-gether we fell in love.. and so on.
Each slip also pointed to a clue to find where the next slip was - under the table, in the laundry, etc.
The ninth one just said Nine Months with the pregnancy test attached.
He hugged me and we were both silent for a long time before crying :D
He was so happy!!

well with my first we thought i had the flu so i went to the hospital and found out that i was pregnant and so i called him up on my way home and said ummmmm honey we have a nine moth sickness and he was like what and i said i am pregnant and he was excited. i am currently10 weeks and 5 days pregnant now and i went to the doctor to get blood work for oral surgery and the doctor called me back to tell me to cancel the surgey cuz i was pregnant hubby was still sleeping and i said honey wake up i am pregnant and put him into shock. we are all ok with it now we just did not expect it so soon since i had had a miscarriage a month earlier. they may be strange about it at first but trust me they are excited about it. congrats if you are and good luck girl...

My husband and I have been trying for 3 years to conceive. He was there everytime I took and test, so when we finally got a positive, he knew the moment I did. He was happy. He got all quiet and just held me for 20 mins while I cried my eyes out. ( Joyful tears!) Then put up with me as I called all our friends and family at 11:30 at night! It was one of the best moments of my life!

With my first it was a shock, we werent expecting it, so I sat him down and said ''I have something to tell you'' and he told me that he had an idea what it might be. When I said ''I'm pregnant'' he took in a deep breath and was like ''WOW!, I'm going to be a dad''. This time round he was asleep on the sofa and I ran downstairs shouting ''I'm pregnant!, I'm pregnant!'' , he was half asleep and didnt know what to say, we had been trying for a while and when it actually happened he couldnt believe it! lol

Well, I've been pg 6 times (3 successful pregnancies, 3 miscarriages). This last time was completely unexpected (I was on birth control) and after I got the +hpt, I was in shock and called him at work (not my best decision ever). He just said, "Ok." Then I think he went to the restroom and threw up and didn't speak to me for at least 2 weeks. It wasn't the most pleasant of suprises, but we're coming around and looking forward to her arrival in just few weeks. :)

Aut Flow is on vacation for 9 months. The stork decided to visit instead! It was funny and a very joyous moment.

It was rather easy for me. With our first child It was my husband who got the test and told me to take it. when I did I couldn't read it so I asked him to. He was super excited about it.
I am currently pregnant again and with this one. I took the test and when is said pos. I called him to the bathroom to confirm it. I didn't believe it. He was/is more excited then I am about it. I wasn't ready for another child. And we weren't trying for another baby. This one just sort of happened.

I took the test upstairs, came downstairs and show him the digital pregnant reading and he got very white and said are you serious? I said "yes" and said what, we can't do this. 11 months later we have a 2 1/2 baby girl.

i walked in the front door and he asked me how my day was. i immediatly fell on the floor and started bawling and kicking my feet like a 2 year old and said "I DONT WANNA TELL YOU".....
by then he already knew what i was going to tell him but..as you can probably tell we weren't expecting to get pregnant and really didnt want to. haha sooooo.....basically i just cried and acted like a baby for a few minutes. lol
