you can purchase tickets from home using sites like Fandango.com or the local theatre's website, but as far as printing at home goes, I don't know of any sites that will allow you to do that yet.
Most theatres these days have kiosks set up where you can bypass the ticket lines and go straight to the kiosk and purchase and print your tickets (even prepaid tickets) from there. We use them all the time and they work great!

I don't think so. I think most theaters have you buy them online and then you have to go to a machine and get your tickets there.

well at the movie theaters there is always an ad for fandago.com you can buy them from there
